Part-Time Moderator for Online Community in Shan


We are seeking a part-time Moderator to join our team in Shan. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our online community, ensuring that all user-generated content follows our guidelines and policies. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on our online community platform
- Enforce community guidelines and policies, taking appropriate action when necessary
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in the community experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:
- Fluent in Shan (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous experience moderating an online community is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends

Salary: $1100/month

Location: Shan (with option for remote work)
