Sales Representative - Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers in the Chelyabinsk area.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers
- Negotiate sales contracts and ensure timely payment from customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Utilize various sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, and social media to generate leads
- Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets using our CRM system

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in Russian; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
