Team Lead in Shan, China (Indian Candidates Preferred)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Shan, China. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Indian professionals in our company. This is an English-speaking job, so proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Set goals and targets for the team, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
- Develop strategies to increase productivity and improve processes.
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Team Lead or similar role.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving results.
- Experience working with Indian professionals is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position. We also provide accommodation for our employees.

Location:
This job is located in Shan, China. Indian candidates who are willing to relocate are preferred.
