Nurse Supervisor



We are in need of a skilled and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff, as well as providing direct patient care. This is an urgent position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all medical protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the work environment
- Handle any emergencies or difficult situations that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid nursing license in Bahrain
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to patient care

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8am to 5pm. It may require availability for evening shifts or weekends depending on the needs of the facility. The role does not include accommodation but offers a competitive salary package.
