We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a team of sales representatives. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure success
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services
- Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Experience in developing effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
