We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at our busy coffee shop in Akron, USA. As a Barista, your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, providing excellent customer service, and handling cash transactions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and techniques
- Ability to create latte art is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service
- Handle cash transactions, including operating the register, processing payments, and giving change
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work areas
- Provide information about our products to customers when requested
- Follow all food safety procedures in handling food products, including allergen information when necessary
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operation of the coffee shop

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month.
