Part-Time Accountant
A reputable company in Salalah is seeking a part-time accountant to join their team. This position is ideal for a Pakistani or Malayalee individual looking for flexible, part-time work with visa sponsorship.
As a part-time accountant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing tax returns, and analyzing financial data. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records for the company
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax laws
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting
- Communicate financial information to relevant stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary updates
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Quickbooks, Sage, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
