Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Development

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and assist in the development and maintenance of infrastructure projects in Moscow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, as well as experience in project management and budgeting. They will be responsible for conducting site investigations, designing structures, preparing reports, and coordinating with contractors and other team members. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals. A biometric passport is also required for this position.

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Moscow, Russia (open to candidates of all nationalities)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure development
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills is a plus)
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather data for designing projects
- Design structures and prepare detailed plans using computer software
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, labor, and other expenses
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare progress reports for management and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements
