Mason - Entry Level

We are currently seeking an entry-level Mason to join our team in Ufa. As a Mason, your main responsibility will be to assist experienced masons in the construction and repair of structures using brick, stone, and other materials.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist with mixing mortar and building scaffolding
- Lay bricks and stones according to blueprints and specifications
- Cut and shape bricks and stones using hand or power tools
- Ensure that work meets quality standards and safety regulations
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work area
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction materials, methods, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced masons

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
