Pakistani Executive Chef in Shan


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Shan. As a Pakistani chef, you will have a deep understanding of the rich and diverse flavors of Pakistani cuisine and be able to create authentic and delicious dishes. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$, with accommodation provided and your own visa required.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create new menus and dishes, while also maintaining traditional Pakistani recipes
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and assistants
- Ensure high quality standards for all food served
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Deep knowledge of Pakistani cuisine, including regional variations and traditional cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Must have own visa for working in Shan
