Architectural Project Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to join our team in Eschen, managing and overseeing various architectural projects. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of the project from design to construction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Develop cost estimates and budgets for projects
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review architectural plans and drawings for accuracy and completeness
- Manage project contracts, negotiations, and change orders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or construction management
- Proven experience managing large-scale architectural projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail and ability to review complex architectural plans
