Administrative Assistant - Contract Position
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Shan, Malaysia. This is a contract position, with the potential for extension based on performance. This role is perfect for someone with previous administrative experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for meetings and events
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with travel arrangements and expenses
- Screen phone calls and emails, responding or redirecting as needed
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Malayalam preferred but not required
Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Shan, Malaysia (no relocation or accommodation provided)
