Entry Level Construction Manager


We are currently seeking an Entry Level Construction Manager to join our team in Triesen, managing construction projects for our company. As an Entry Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Review project designs and specifications to ensure they meet quality standards
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out in accordance with plans and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs and changes
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and team members to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in construction management is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)
