Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Developing project plans and timelines
- Managing project budgets and resources
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Communicating with stakeholders and providing progress reports
- Making decisions and solving problems as they arise

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in commercial or industrial projects. You should also have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
