Smelter Operator
We are hiring a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Osijek. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment to produce various metal products. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month, and we welcome applicants from Canada, the Philippines, or any English-speaking country. No experience is required as we provide on-the-job training, and we will also provide a free visa and ticket for successful candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor smelting equipment to melt metals such as iron, copper, and aluminum
- Adjust furnace temperature and chemical composition to achieve desired product specifications
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or defects and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Monitor material levels and adjust feed rates accordingly
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a hot and physically demanding environment for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in smelting or other manufacturing industries is an asset but not required
- Technical degree or certification in welding, mechanics, or similar field is preferred
- Ability to understand basic chemical reactions and use of different materials in the smelting process
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (especially Tagalog) is an asset
