Land Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to work without accommodation.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data on land and other properties. You will use various surveying equipment and techniques to accurately measure and map out areas of land for construction, engineering, or mapping purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys on land and other properties using various surveying equipment
- Collect data and measurements on land features such as boundaries, elevation, and topography
- Create detailed reports and maps based on survey data
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and identify any issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate mapping of land for construction or development projects
- May be required to train and supervise junior surveyors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Biometric passport is required
- Ability to work without accommodation if necessary
- Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills
- Familiarity with surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
