IT Support Specialist


We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients in Ufa. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, installing and configuring software and equipment, maintaining computer systems, and providing technical guidance to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software, printers, and other equipment
- Maintain and update computer systems and networks
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
- Provide technical guidance to clients on the use of various software applications
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep track of all support requests and document solutions for future reference
- Stay up-to-date with latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g. Zendesk)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose technical issues quickly
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional support services

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Ufa

Preferred Nationality: Egyptian (but open to all nationalities)
