Sales Manager



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bungoma, Canada. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve company targets and drive growth. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Canadian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
