Chef de Cuisine


A luxury restaurant in Eschen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and train our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create new and exciting menus that showcase local ingredients and international flavors
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure high quality, consistent dishes
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to meet budget goals
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in accordance with health codes
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continually improve menu offerings

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in fine dining establishments
- Culinary degree or certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and international cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
