Commercial Architect - Mauren, Philippines


We are seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Mauren, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

To excel in this position, you must have a degree in architecture and at least 3 years of experience in commercial building design. You should be proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software, have strong project management skills, and be able to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial building projects
- Create detailed drawings and plans using architectural software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are adhered to throughout the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial building design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
