Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Mauren. Your main focus will be on creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of businesses and their employees. Your role will also involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project objectives, budget, and timeline
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of the design
- Manage construction progress and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them updated on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Salary: 1400$ per month

This is a full-time position based in Mauren. While fluency in English is preferred for this role, candidates from all nationalities are welcome to apply. We offer flexible working hours but require occasional site visits during construction. This position does not require previous experience or accommodation as we provide training and support for our employees.
