Construction Project Manager


A construction project manager is needed for a busy construction company in Mecca. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and be familiar with managing large-scale projects. This is a contract position, with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project, from planning to completion
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of the project
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within the approved budget
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and other team members to ensure efficient work flow
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on site
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Mecca
