Construction Manager - Mecca, Pakistan (Contract)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Mecca, Pakistan. As a leading construction company, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about their work and has a strong background in managing construction projects. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules and budgets and ensure they are met
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region, preferably in Mecca
- Knowledge of local construction laws, regulations, and building codes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Additional Requirements:
- Valid biometric passport (Pakistani nationality preferred)
- Fluency in Urdu or other local languages required; English proficiency preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
