We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans for clients based on their goals and fitness levels. You will also provide guidance and support to clients during their workouts, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct fitness assessments for new clients and develop personalized workout plans
- Provide one-on-one training sessions with clients, focusing on proper form and technique
- Offer nutrition advice and monitor client's progress towards their health goals
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Ensure safety of all clients by following proper safety protocols during workouts
- Keep track of client progress through regular check-ins and adjust workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness
- Stay updated on current fitness trends, techniques, and certifications

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or in a related role
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g. ACE, NASM)
- Excellent knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness
- Strong communication skills to effectively guide and motivate clients
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual goals and limitations
- Passion for health and wellness with a positive attitude towards helping others achieve their goals
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed

Salary: 1300$

Location: Nakuru, Kenya (accommodation provided)

Nationality: Indian (own visa required)
