Computer Support Specialist – Eschen, Liechtenstein

We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter with their computer systems. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals without prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Train clients on how to use new systems or software
- Keep track of all support requests and document solutions
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for Liechtenstein
- Fluent in English (additional knowledge of German is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Basic understanding of networking concepts

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month.
