Carpenter - Residential Construction and Renovation


We are hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and renovating residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of carpentry, including framing, finishing, and installation of cabinetry and trim work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials to precise specifications
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, such as framing walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs
- Install cabinetry and trim work including crown molding, baseboards, and window casings
- Follow blueprints or building plans to meet project requirements
- Ensure structures are level and plumb using tools such as levels, plumb bobs, or laser levels
- Inspect wood materials for defects or damage before beginning construction
- Work with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in residential construction and renovation as a Carpenter
- Completion of carpentry apprenticeship program preferred
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment accurately
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials on a regular basis

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
