Machine Operator for Manufacturing Company in Al-Kuwait


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Al-Kuwait. As a Machine Operator, your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain various types of machinery used in the production process. This position is suitable for men with a valid biometric passport and does not require prior experience or accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various types of machinery used in the manufacturing process
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are functioning properly
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance before packaging and shipping
- Keep a record of production data such as quantities, downtime, and defects
- Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and machinery maintenance is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English language.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
