We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Shan, India. As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to specifications and safety standards
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of solar panels
- Prepare and maintain documentation of installation processes and equipment used
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Ensure proper wiring and connections for optimal performance of the system
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within designated timelines
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on existing solar energy systems
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in solar installation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in solar installation preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Solar Installer
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per month
