Project Manager - Eschen, Liechtenstein
A reputable construction company in Eschen, Liechtenstein is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee various projects in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and be able to effectively manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Manage project budgets, including cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, but the company will cover the cost of the employee's visa and travel expenses.
