IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and functionality of our networks and systems, and implementing new technologies to improve our overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and maintain the company's information technology policies and procedures
- Ensure the security of our networks, systems, and data through regular monitoring and maintenance
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Identify areas for improvement within our technology infrastructure and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies in the market and make recommendations for their implementation
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and other IT services
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, server administration, database management, and cybersecurity
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Triesen, Liechtenstein
