IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology operations and infrastructure of our company. You will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to identify and address any technology needs or issues. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as technical expertise in areas such as network management, security, and software development. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an IT management role and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Supervise a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement technology strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues as needed
- Monitor system performance to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Train staff on new technologies or systems as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network management, security protocols, software development processes, and database administration
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems quickly
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to identify technology needs and solutions

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Triesen (open to all nationalities)
