Equipment Operator
We are hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Ufa. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment performance
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment operation and maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in the construction or mining industry
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read and understand manuals, schematics, and diagrams for machines
- Physical ability to perform various tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods of time, and working in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1100 per month

This position is suitable for men with a preference for Indian nationals who are fluent in English. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.
