Administrative Coordinator

As an administrative coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative tasks within our company. This includes organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining records and databases, and providing support to other team members as needed. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and expenses, as well as overseeing office supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and be able to work well under pressure. A background in administrative work or a related field is preferred. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. It also does not include accommodation.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. As an administrative coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's day-to-day functions. We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
- Maintain records and databases
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Monitor budgets and expenses
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with onboarding new team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Provide general support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malayalee preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month in the city of Dukhan. It is suitable for men who do not require English proficiency or accommodation.
