Administrative Coordinator for a Multinational Company in Dukhan, Qatar

We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at a multinational company in Dukhan, Qatar. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing administrative tasks and operations within the company. Your main duties will include organizing and scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and providing support to other team members.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A high level of proficiency in computer software programs is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks within the company
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Create and maintain office documents and records
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and orders are placed when necessary
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
and also collaborate well within a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English is preferred

Salary: This is a part-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will also be provided for this role.
