Web Developer



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our team in Akron, OH. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function. You will also be involved in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end development techniques and possess excellent troubleshooting skills. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about web development and eager to contribute their skills to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new website features and functionality
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing interfaces
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot issues with existing websites and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility of websites
- Conduct regular testing of websites for usability and accessibility

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles
Salary: $1300/month
