Senior Architect

We are a leading architectural firm located in Mauren and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced architect with a strong background in project management and design. They should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop design plans and present them to clients
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and interior designers
- Ensure projects meet all necessary codes, regulations, and standards
- Oversee project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, preferably in a management role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
