Instrument Technician

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Shan, China. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of complex instruments used in industrial processes. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair various instruments used in industrial processes such as temperature controllers, transmitters, flow meters, and pressure gauges
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with instruments and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed on instruments
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve instrument performance and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies in the field of instrumentation and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in instrumentation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits and ability to read schematics/diagrams
- Experience working with various types of instruments including pressure, temperature, level, flow, and analytical instruments
- Ability to use testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calibrators
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to working with electrical equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $1700 per month depending on experience.
