Seasonal Restaurant Manager - Ar-Ruwais, India
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, India. As a seasonal restaurant manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for staff members
- Hire, train and manage a team of servers, cooks and other restaurant staff
- Ensure efficient operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service and cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Adhere to all health, safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in India
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
