Entry Level Barista (Temporary/Part-Time) in Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Entry Level Barista to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean and organized work station.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Biometric passport required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior experience as a Barista is not required but is a plus
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated students are welcome

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take their orders accurately
- Prepare hot and cold drinks according to customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times
- Ensure high quality of products by following company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Salary: Starting at 1500$ per month (based on experience)
