We are hiring an experienced Elevator Installer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining elevators in commercial and residential buildings. Your main duties will include assembling elevator parts, testing the elevator's functionality, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance.

To be successful in this role, you should have a high level of mechanical aptitude and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Install new elevators in accordance with blueprints and building codes
- Assemble elevator parts such as cables, motors, control panels, and doors
- Test the functionality of the elevator after installation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance on elevators to ensure proper functioning
- Keep accurate records of all installations and maintenance performed
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Elevator Installer or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
- In-depth knowledge of elevator mechanics and systems
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building codes and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
