Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee and lead our architectural projects in Shan city. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of architects, ensuring the timely completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also be responsible for collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

As an Architecture Manager, you must have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes. You should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and build relationships with clients. A degree in architecture or a related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance on project tasks
- Develop project timelines and ensure timely completion within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Communicate project updates to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Review designs to ensure they meet quality standards and local regulations
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for projects
- Train new team members on company processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles
