Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large sets of data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain databases to store and manage data efficiently.
- Use statistical methods to identify patterns and trends in data.
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop analytical solutions.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, data mining, and machine learning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analytics Specialist or similar role.
- Proficient in SQL and programming languages such as R or Python.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way.
