Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Egyptian and Nepali candidates preferred) in Bayan, Kuwait



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profits.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide high-quality service to customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods at competitive prices
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold our high standards
- Create strategies to increase sales and revenue, such as promotional offers or events
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in English (Arabic or Nepali language skills is a plus)
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is preferred
