We are hiring an experienced and passionate English Teacher to join our team in Shanghai, China. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment for students of all levels. You will use your expertise in the English language to develop lesson plans, teach grammar and vocabulary, and assess student progress.

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation in a clear and concise manner
- Utilize creative techniques to engage students in learning the English language
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to improve their language skills
- Assess student progress through ongoing evaluations and standardized tests
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably with ESL/EFL students
- Native English speaker or equivalent level of fluency
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1700$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.
