ESL Teacher for Indian Students in Shan, China


We are currently hiring an ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher for our language school in Shan, China. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month. We are seeking a qualified and experienced teacher who can provide high quality English lessons to Indian students. This position does not come with accommodation, so candidates must be able to secure their own housing.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of Indian students
- Teach English language skills such as reading, writing, listening and speaking
- Use creative and interactive teaching methods to make learning enjoyable
- Provide individualized attention and support to students based on their abilities and learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a dynamic learning environment
- Keep accurate records of attendance, grades and lesson plans

Requirements:
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- TEFL/TESOL certification is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience with Indian students or in an ESL setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners
- Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
