Land Surveyor



We are currently hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Mauren, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, your main responsibility will be to conduct surveys and provide accurate data for construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month and includes accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment and software
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, plans, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather information for projects
- Ensure that all surveying work adheres to safety standards and regulations
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain proper documentation
- Monitor project progress to ensure that surveying work is completed on schedule

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in land surveying equipment and software
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Land Surveyor certification
- Experience working on construction projects in Kenya or East Africa region
