Entry Level Gardener
As an Entry Level Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for plants, trees, and flowers in public or private gardens. Your main duties will include planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing various types of vegetation. You will also be expected to identify and treat plant diseases and pests and maintain the overall appearance of the garden. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about gardening, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working outdoors.

Responsibilities:
- Planting new flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to seasonal requirements
- Watering plants and maintaining proper soil moisture levels
- Pruning trees and shrubs to promote growth and maintain shape
- Fertilizing plants as needed to ensure healthy growth
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests using appropriate methods
- Maintaining garden equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and other tools
- Cleaning garden areas by removing weeds, dead leaves, debris, etc.
- Ensuring that the garden's overall appearance is neat and well-maintained

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for gardening with basic knowledge of plant care techniques
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as digging, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Attention to detail to ensure proper care for different types of plants
- Good communication skills in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
- Own visa or ability to obtain one (sponsorship not provided)
- Previous experience in gardening is not required but considered a plus
