Instrument Technician


Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and calibration of various types of instruments used in industrial processes. This role requires proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on process control instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and control valves.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instrument equipment and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Perform calibration of instruments according to established standards and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities including work orders, equipment history, and calibration reports.
- Coordinate with other technicians and engineers to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Stay current with new technology and industry developments related to instrumentation.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of process control systems and instrumentation principles.
- Familiarity with electrical circuits and ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English.

Additional Requirements:
This position is open for Indian nationals only. Accommodation will be provided along with a competitive salary package of 1100$. Visa sponsorship is also available for eligible candidates. This position is suitable for students who are looking for part-time employment opportunities.
