Preservation Architect


We are seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Remish. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, while also ensuring they meet modern safety and building codes. Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, creating preservation plans, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of architectural history and styles, as well as experience in restoration techniques and materials. You should also possess strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with contractors and other professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys of historic structures to assess their condition
- Create preservation plans that balance historical accuracy with modern functionality
- Oversee renovation projects to ensure compliance with preservation standards
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals on restoration projects
- Research materials and techniques appropriate for each project
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Prepare reports documenting the restoration process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architectural history and styles
- Familiarity with restoration techniques and materials
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Salary: 900$ per month (dependent on experience)

City: Remish

Preference for Indian candidates; however all nationalities are welcome to apply. This is a full-time position without accommodation. Biometric passport required. Freshers are encouraged to apply but some experience is preferred.
