Manager of Student Accommodation in Dubai


We are seeking a dynamic and organized Manager to oversee our student accommodation in Dubai. As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our diverse student population. This is an English speaking job, and proficiency in Urdu or Hindi would be a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the student accommodation, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping
- Ensure adherence to policies and regulations set by the university and local authorities
- Manage a team of staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy rates and resident satisfaction
- Plan and manage budgets for the accommodation, including rent collection and expense tracking
- Communicate regularly with students to address any concerns or issues they may have
- Coordinate with external vendors for services such as laundry, internet, and food delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in managing accommodations or similar facilities
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu or Hindi preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding student accommodation
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: 1400$ per month
